Words that fill rooms and tables.
Hotels, restaurants and travel brands live and die by the gap between the promise and the stay. We write the promise carefully — and we know the operations behind it, because one of us built a hospitality technology platform.
Most hospitality copy describes the building
Marble, ambience, warm hospitality, unforgettable experiences. Every property says the same thing, which is why guests skip the website and go to an aggregator with photographs and a price.
The properties that win direct bookings do something different: they describe a specific guest's stay, answer the practical questions a traveller has before booking, and give the reader a reason to trust the promise. That is a writing problem before it is a marketing budget problem.
Co-founder Gautam Sahijwala is also the founder of InvisQue, a hospitality technology platform, so we understand what happens after the booking: the front desk, the turnaround, the review that arrives at midnight.
What we do for hospitality brands
For hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, banquet venues and travel operators.
Website content and builds
Property, room, dining and event pages written to convert, built to load fast on a phone at an airport.
Direct booking copy
Offer pages, packages and landing pages that give guests a reason to book with you rather than through an aggregator.
Menu, F&B and experience writing
Dish and experience descriptions that sound like your kitchen, not a thesaurus.
PR and launches
Openings, new chefs, renovations and seasonal menus, pitched to travel, food and lifestyle desks.
Social and campaign content
Seasonal campaigns, festival offers and everyday posts, written to a calendar rather than in a rush.
Apps and booking tools
Guest apps, booking journeys and internal tools, designed and built in-house.
How do hotels get more direct bookings?
Direct bookings grow when the website answers what an aggregator cannot: what the stay is actually like, who it suits, what is included, how far it is from where the guest needs to be, and what happens if plans change. Clear photography, honest description, a booking flow that works on a phone, and a reason to book direct — an upgrade, a late checkout, a rate promise — do more than another discount.
What we fix first on a hotel website
- A one-line answer to "what kind of stay is this?"
- Room pages that describe the experience, not just the square footage
- Practical answers: distances, timings, policies, accessibility
- A booking path that takes three taps, not eight
Why hospitality brands work with us
- An operator's perspective from building a hospitality technology platform.
- Writing that sells the stay rather than listing the amenities.
- Websites and apps built by the same team that writes the words.
- PR relationships in business, travel and lifestyle media.
- Translation for guests who arrive from other markets.
- Seasonal planning, so festive and holiday campaigns are ready early.

Hospitality FAQs
Can you write menu and experience descriptions?
Yes. Dishes, packages, spa and activity descriptions — written to match how your property actually sounds, and kept short enough to read while hungry.
Do you handle hotel websites as well as the copy?
Yes. We design and build the site, write every page, and set up the SEO foundations, so the content and the build are planned together.
Can you help with launch PR for a new restaurant or property?
Yes — opening announcements, chef and founder profiles, and outreach to food, travel and lifestyle journalists.
Do you work with properties outside Mumbai?
Yes. We work with hospitality clients across India, and most of the work — content, websites, PR — is handled remotely with scheduled visits when a shoot or a launch needs us on site.
