Chatbots that actually answer.
An assistant on WhatsApp, Instagram and your website that answers what your customers genuinely ask — built on your own material, with a clear route to a human the moment it is out of its depth.
Most chatbots fail for a writing reason, not a technical one
The technology to put an assistant on WhatsApp or a website is no longer the hard part. What separates one that helps from one that infuriates is whether somebody sat down and worked out what people actually ask, what the correct answer is, and what should happen when there isn't one.
That is a content problem, and it is the part most chatbot projects skip. A bot connected to a thin FAQ page will confidently invent the rest. The work worth paying for is writing the answers properly, deciding the boundaries, and testing the questions that fall outside them.
This is the same discipline as our content work, pointed at a conversation instead of a page, and it connects to the website or systems you already run.
What an AI chatbot build includes
Three places your customers already are, and the content that makes an assistant worth talking to.
WhatsApp chatbots
An assistant on the number your customers already message, handling enquiries, FAQs, order and booking questions, with escalation to your team.
Instagram DM automation
Replies to the questions that arrive in DMs and comments all day — pricing, availability, where to buy — so the account stops being a bottleneck.
Website chat
A widget on your site that answers from your actual pages and documents rather than guessing, and captures the enquiry when it cannot.
The answer library
The part that matters: your real questions, researched and written properly, in your voice, with the edge cases decided before launch.
Human handover
Clear rules for when the bot steps back, where the conversation lands, and what your team sees when it does.
Review and tuning
Reading real transcripts after launch to find what it got wrong, and fixing the answers rather than the adjectives.
What is an AI chatbot?
An AI chatbot is an automated assistant that reads what a customer types and replies in plain language, rather than making them pick from a menu. Modern ones can be grounded in your own content — your pages, price lists, policies and FAQs — so answers come from your material instead of being invented. The quality of the bot is therefore mostly the quality of what you feed it, which is why this is a writing job as much as a build.
What we will not do
- Let a bot answer questions it has no source for
- Hide from the customer that they are talking to a machine
- Deploy without a working route to a human
- Point it at a thin FAQ page and call the content done
- Promise it will replace your support team
Why bring this to us
- We are writers and editors first, and the hardest part of a chatbot is the writing.
- One team researches the questions, writes the answers and builds the thing that serves them.
- Grounded in your own material, so the assistant is not free to improvise about your prices or policies.
- Honest scope: this is a newer line for us, we will tell you plainly what is settled and what we are figuring out with you, and we will say when a well-written FAQ page would serve you better than a bot.
- It connects to the website, app or software we may already be building for you.
- Based in Mumbai, working with businesses across India.

AI Chatbots FAQs
Which platforms can you put a chatbot on?
WhatsApp, Instagram and your website are the three we focus on, because that is where most Indian businesses already get their enquiries. The same answer library serves all three, so the content work is done once.
Do I need anything from Meta to run a WhatsApp chatbot?
Yes. Automated messaging on WhatsApp runs through the WhatsApp Business Platform, which requires approval and carries Meta's own messaging charges, billed by Meta rather than by us. Instagram automation needs a professional account and is subject to Meta's rules on what can be sent outside a recent conversation. We will walk you through what applies before you commit to anything.
Will it make things up?
That is the real risk with any AI assistant, and it is why we ground answers in your own content and set explicit boundaries. Where there is no source, the correct behaviour is to say so and hand over to a person — not to improvise. We test for exactly this before launch.
Does this replace my support team?
No, and we would be wary of anyone who says it does. It removes the repetitive questions that fill the day so your team handles the ones that need judgement. The handover rules matter more than the automation.
How long does a chatbot take to build?
The build is rarely the constraint. Gathering and writing the answers is, and that depends on how much usable material you already have. Expect the content work to take longer than the technical setup, and budget attention for the weeks after launch, when the transcripts tell you what you got wrong.
